- Exercise
to develop concentration and more accurate head movement.
Take a pair of goggles or glasses and put
tape around the periphery of the lenses or eyepieces.
Play with
them on for 15 minutes and then remove.
When the glasses are removed, peripheral vision is enhanced.
- Exercise to improve free
throw shooting

Dim the lights in the gym and have players
shoot foul shots with a strobe light flickering.
They must ignore the visual noise.
- Exercise to improve
reaction times
Dim lights and have players pass the ball
with the strobe light flickering.
This forces the players to take in more
information in a short period of time.
